They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But that's nonsense right? Take this picture here....
I mean, you're lucky if can scratch 10 words out of that one. Maybe, 'what is it?' That's 3, I'll grant you. But a long way off 1,000.
Anyway, what's probably more truthful these days is that people don't read much. And if they do, it helps if the words play second fiddle to pictures.
Yes, alright. I'll say it. We're all getting dumber. And we all need more visual stimuli to maintain our attention. Because we're impatient and stupid. And also vain.
But vain people love stuff about them. If this sounds like someone you need to buy a present for, then why not a picture enhanced amusing story about them. Everyone loves seeing pictures of themselves, particularly if they don't look fat.
